When we say unlimited, we mean unlimited. Add as many projects as you want to your design board, and we'll work through them all one by one!

No! As an agency dedicated to building trust in our design, we don't believe in hiding anything from our clients. You pay one monthly fee, and that's it.

One of the best reasons to subscribe to our unlimited design is because there is no risk! If you finish all of the projects you currently need, or you need to take some time to realign your priorities, or any other reason, you can pause your subscription. 

Once you pause, you'll still have the remaining time from that billing cycle to use at a future date before being charged again. 

You can also cancel anytime, no questions asked.

It may surprise you to learn that Satellite 9 is an agency of one. This means you'll work directly with me, founder of Satellite 9! This means there are no middlemen, no hassles, no communication breakdowns. Just great design!

Most designs are delivered within a couple of days. This keeps us agile and helps you visualize the design direction. However, more complex projects can take more time than that. Sometimes it helps to break projects into smaller pieces that can be delivered faster.

Depending on the project, delivery could be a single image, flat images in a zip file, or pdfs for easy printing. All of these types will be uploaded to the respective project on your design board. For a more complex web project, delivery would be in Figma. 

We also include the production files. We know sometimes an in-house designer needs to tweak something to make it work and this is the easiest way.

Since designs are created bespoke and uniquely for you and your needs, there are no limitations on your ownership of them! Feel free to modify, share, reuse, etc. however you would like. 

The only caveat is that by subscribing you are giving us permission to use the designs on our website and promotional material as part of our portfolio of work. If there is proprietary information involved that can't be shared, please let us know in the project description.

The good news is you have unlimited revisions! We really mean unlimited. We will revise any design until it fully satisfies your vision.

Feel free to put it in your project list! If it's a form of digital design, we probably have the capability and experience. If not, we'll let you know.

The billing cycle for the Monthly Unlimited plan is 31 days. So if you start in the middle of the month, you will be billed after 31 days, no matter what day of the month that falls on. The same goes for the Yearly Unlimited plan, on a 365 day basis.

There are two major differences between  the Monthly Unlimited plan and the Yearly Unlimited plan. While you can cancel either anytime, cancelling stops billing for the next cycle. So cancelling a monthly plan will keep you from being billed on the next month, but cancelling a yearly plan won't go into effect until the next year's billing cycle.

The other difference is that monthly plans are charged each month, but yearly plans are charged once for the year up-front.

The Yearly Unlimited plan is great for organizations that want to make sure they have the budget for unlimited design for the whole year. Sometimes expenses or budgets can change from quarter to quarter, and paying for the whole year up-front makes sure that won't interfere with your design capabilities.

You also save $3000 over the course of the year with the Yearly Unlimited plan. That's almost a free month!

Unfortunately we don't offer refunds due to the unlimited nature and quality of the work. However if you are not satisfied, we will revise as many times as necessary, or you can pause your plan or cancel anytime to avoid being charged on the next billing cycle!
